  • We obtain references and identification of prospective tenants. We then use this information to search tenancy databases.

  • Tenancy applications are assessed with the intention of finding the most appropriate tenant for the property. To identify the most appropriate tenant identification documents are cross referenced with tenancy databases, evidence of income is obtained and references are checked. The final approval of the tenant is subject to the landlord being satisfied with the application.
